2.2 It is your responsibility to order a car of appropriate size for passengers and luggage. No assurance is given for carrying excess baggage. Children, irrespective of age, count as individual passengers.
2.3 Wheelchair access requests should be made during the booking process.
3.1 Our quotes, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise, are based on information provided by you. We reserve the right to amend quotes for substantial itinerary changes.
3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Additional waiting time incurs standard Hemel Hempstead Airport Service rates.
3.3 Confirm booking details upon receiving the confirmation. Failure to notify inaccuracies absolves Hemel Hempstead Airport Service of any resulting delays or costs.

8.3 Information processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement encompasses the entire understanding between Hemel Hempstead Airport Service and you.
8.5 No third-party benefits under this agreement unless specified in writing.
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims beyond this timeframe are not obligated for consideration by Hemel Hempstead Airport Service.
